YATE NIDUS hammock with tarp

A hammock with a roof 250x250 cm and a net protecting from rain and insects. A built-in pocket allows inserting a mat which improves the heat insulation and comfort. The hammock is easy to dismantle. Carabins and fixing ropes included in the package.

Instructions:
Hammock
To prepare the hanging lounger, you need to find two trees that can support your weight, at least the length of the lounger and at least so far apart that the anchoring straps can be safely tied. Check the straps for damage, cuts, etc. Also check the surface of the place where you will tie the straps for anything sharp that could damage them. We recommend wrapping the straps around the tree at least once and then securing them with a knot (figure of eight or another that does not untie). Carabiners are used to anchor the hammock to the straps. The amount of sag of the hammock is determined by personal experience. Some users, after trying it out, make a cord exactly to the length that suits them and then determine the length of the suspended hammock according to it each time.
The sleeping pad pocket is located at the bottom of the hammock. Its dimensions are 190x60 cm, so it can also fit a larger sleeping pad.
Net
To stretch the insect net, use two cords (6 m) and thread them through the eyes on each side of the net. Tie the cords to the trees, but do not tighten them too much, as they will stretch when the hammock is loaded. Before fully loading the hammock, test whether the net is too tight to avoid damaging the zipper or the net.
Tarpaulin
The tarpaulin can be stretched over the hammock like an A-shaped tent or diagonally like a diamond. Use 2 pieces of cord to tension the tarpaulin. You can tie the cords to the eyes in the tarpaulin and tighten them, but if the wind is blowing, we recommend tying the cords and pulling them under the tarpaulin as one supporting cord and only anchoring the eyes with knots so that the tarpaulin does not roll up. Anchor the loose corners to the ground with the remaining ropes and pegs.

After use
Before storing, thoroughly check all parts, especially the supporting elements, for damage. Dry all parts thoroughly. Store in a dry and clean place, preferably away from light (UV radiation causes materials to become brittle).
