Gyroscopic exerciser of wrist. It is based on a rotor, which works as a flywheel. It is used for strengthening of the wrist as a preparation for various sports, but also for musicians (piano players, violin players...) and to entertain whole family.
Operation
1. Wrap the rope around your hand.
• Wind up the ball spring to the maximum as the
spring is what makes the inner ball spin.
2. Release the ball by removing your thumb from the
ball spring. The LED inside the ball will light up once
the ball is spinning.
3. Rotate your wrist whilst the ball keeps spinning.
The rotational force will increase with smaller
wrist movement.
