The Portuguese knife manufacturer MAM was founded in 1870 by Manuel Antonio Martins. His work in the company is now being continued by the 5th generation of the family. It is therefore a family business with a strong link to tradition. Production takes place directly in Portugal and still contains a high proportion of manual labor.
The knife collection consists of four models made from unique materials: Titanium bronze steel, bubinga wood.
