Guarantees and complaints
The guarantee period of every item is stated in the certificate of guarantee and if not, the period is set by law for the period of 24 months.
The responsibility claims for defects and guarantee claims do not cover the defects caused by an improper use and normal wear.
The guarantee is also invalid if the production number or model name were altered, removed from the certificate of guarantee or are not legible.
The goods under complaint must be delivered to the address of Yate spol. s r.o. – Complaint, Vančurovo nám. 309, 500 02 Hradec Králové, together with a written, properly specified notification of defects, including also the option of the purchaser in accord with the law. Otherwise the complaint request will be considered invalid. The complaint will be assessed in line with the instructions from the manufacturer or the item will be sent to the manufacturer for opinion and settlement.
The goods under the complaint must be sent clean and properly packed against damage during transportation. The original proof of purchase in the Yate spol. s r.o. internet shop must be attached.
Any expenses connected with sending the complaint are covered by the customer.
The maximum time allowed for settling a complaint is determined by law, namely 30 days. However any complaints will be dealt with in the shortest possible time.
Goods replacement
In case you have ordered a wrong size you may ask for a replacement within one week after receiving the goods. The returned goods must not have any marks of wear and must be sent back (or brought personally) after a pre-arrangement in the original package with all the labels from the manufacturer as well as a copy of proof of purchase. The costs incurred by the replacement (delivery) of goods are covered by the purchaser to the full degree.
